Political Bureau Reiterates “AI+”; FundeAI Aligns Strategy with “Four Beams and Eight Verticals

Date:2026-08-06

On July 30, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to set out the work for the second half of the year.
The meeting underscored the need to: deeply implement the “AI+” initiative, develop new forms of intelligent economy, and improve the governance system for artificial intelligence. It also called for “accelerating the development of a modernised industrial system” and “actively promoting breakthroughs in frontier technologies and the development of future industries, with a focus on building emerging pillar industries.”

The shift from “full implementation” to “deep implementation” sends a clear and powerful signal. As fundamental capabilities in computing power, models, and data continue to improve, the focus of AI development is now extending further toward large-scale application and industrial value creation. How to drive AI into real business scenarios and form verifiable, replicable, and sustainable implementation models has become a key topic for the next stage. At the same time, the notion of “developing new forms of intelligent economy” calls for further integration of the closed loop encompassing computing power, data, and industry.

In response to this trend, FundeAI, grounded in real-world industrial scenarios, uses the “four beams” of computing power, algorithms, data, and security to build a solid foundational capability, and the “eight Verticals” of eight industry scenarios to drive application deployment, continuously exploring the practical path from AI technology to industrial value creation.

Strengthening the “Four Beams” to Build a Solid Industrial AI Foundation

For artificial intelligence to enter the real economy, it is not simply a matter of connecting to a large model; it is a systematic project involving infrastructure, industry knowledge, data resources, and security safeguards.

To meet the actual needs of industrial applications, FundeAI continues to build its capabilities in four areas: computing power, algorithms, data, and security:

  • Computing power: Leveraging internationally advanced computing resources, domestically developed independent computing capabilities, and AIDC service ecosystems to build a future‑ready AI infrastructure that provides foundational support for model training, inference, and the operation of intelligent agents.

  • Algorithms: Building on the general comprehension capabilities of foundation large language models (LLMs), and combining them with FundeAI’s proprietary Large Mathematical Logic Models (LMLMs) and Dynamic Ontology, to structure and reason over industry knowledge, business rules, and enterprise data, thereby creating an intelligent cognitive system tailored for complex industrial scenarios.

  • Data: Strengthening data collection, governance, modelling, and application. By leveraging diversified industrial resources and business scenarios, we transform fragmented data into trustworthy, usable, and continuously evolvable data assets, providing a high‑quality data foundation for industrial intelligence.

  • Security: Supported by capabilities such as DeDun security, we build a data security and risk‑protection system for the AI era, covering risk identification, behavioural analysis, and automated response, driving security capabilities from traditional protection toward AI‑native security.

Computing power provides the carrier, algorithms generate intelligence, data supplies continuous input, and security ensures trusted operation. The “four beams” work together to form a capability foundation that enables stable operation and continuous iteration of industrial AI.

Cultivating the “Eight Verticals” to Drive AI into Real-World Scenarios

Ultimately, the value of artificial intelligence must be tested in real industrial settings.

FundeAI focuses on eight major areas—banking and insurance, trust and investment, real estate, mining and energy, culture, health, and AI infrastructure—to promote deep integration of AI with industry-specific scenarios.

FundeAI: The Eight Verticals

These domains not only reflect Funde Group’s long‑term industrial accumulation, but also represent key directions for the future integration of the digital economy and the real economy. The relevant industrial enterprises are both the proposers of real‑world needs and important participants in co‑developing and validating applications.

In this process, FundeAI starts from the actual business problems of enterprises, conducts in‑depth analysis of business processes, industry rules, data foundations, and security requirements, and identifies key areas where AI can effectively improve efficiency, assist decision‑making, and enhance risk management.

By continuously validating in representative enterprises and real business scenarios, mature experience is gradually crystallised into products and capability modules, which are then extended to similar enterprises and industries, moving from single‑point applications to large‑scale replication.

The core of this path is: real scenarios generate requirements, industrial practice validates capabilities, and productisation supports replication—so that AI not only “can be used,” but also understands the business, integrates into processes, and continuously creates value.

Promoting Capability Productisation to Build a Sustainable Industrial Service System

For AI to enter the industrial sector, it cannot remain at the stage of one‑off pilots and project‑based construction. To achieve true large‑scale application, technical capabilities, industry experience, and business needs must be continuously consolidated into replicable, scalable, and sustainably operable product offerings.

Building on the “four beams” foundational capabilities and the “eight Verticals” scenario practices, FundeAI is further advancing the productisation of technical capabilities, modularisation of industry experience, and systematisation of delivery services, exploring a complete path from underlying capability development to industry application deployment.

Among these, Dynamic Ontology serves as a critical foundational capability that connects data, knowledge, and intelligent decision‑making, helping AI systems continuously understand changes in enterprises, industries, and business environments, and providing an evolvable cognitive foundation for various application scenarios.

In the financial sector, FundeAI has developed the “DeMingDeng” AI financial terminal, centred on comprehensive enterprise profiling, high‑quality datasets, and intelligent analytics, further extending into application products such as DeYan, DeGu, and DeGu (research, equities, fixed income) to provide intelligent support for investment research, asset management, and risk assessment.

At the same time, in industry scenarios such as insurance, health management, and energy, we are exploring intelligent applications including DeYu, DeKang, and DeYao. Through Dynamic Ontology, data governance, and intelligent decision‑making capabilities, these solutions integrate AI deeply with business processes, helping enterprises improve operational efficiency, optimise management workflows, and strengthen professional service capabilities.

In parallel, based on the foundational capabilities built in computing power, algorithms, data, and security, FundeAI is continuously developing a comprehensive service system for industrial clients. This includes six standardised service categories: AI computing power services, Token Factory services, AI agents, AI transformation and AI employee applications, data governance and data middle‑platform, and AI data security. These services help enterprises establish a complete capability chain from data foundations to intelligent applications and business optimisation.

FundeAI: Capability Productisation Service System

By consolidating common capabilities into standard modules and adapting them to the characteristics of different industries, FundeAI promotes the evolution of AI solutions from single‑project delivery to scalable replication—moving from “building an application” to “continuously enhancing enterprise intelligence capabilities,” so that AI truly becomes a new type of infrastructure for driving industrial upgrading and value creation.

Balancing Development and Governance to Ensure Steady and Sustainable Progress in “AI+”

The Central Political Bureau meeting, while calling for deeper implementation of the “AI+” initiative and the development of new forms of intelligent economy, also emphasised improving the AI governance system—reflecting a clear orientation toward both promoting innovation and ensuring orderly development.

The deeper AI applications penetrate into production, operations, and decision‑making processes, the higher the requirements for data security, model reliability, access control, and risk prevention. This is especially true in sectors such as finance, insurance, energy, and health, which are highly specialised and subject to strict compliance requirements. In these contexts, security governance is not an add‑on after technology deployment, but a critical prerequisite for AI to enter core business functions and achieve large‑scale adoption.

Only by embedding data standardisation, process monitoring, result verification, risk warning, and incident response throughout the entire lifecycle of construction and operation can we establish clear, reliable, and controllable boundaries for AI applications.

The development of artificial intelligence is now moving from technological breakthroughs to a phase of industrial restructuring. FundeAI aims to continuously bridge technical capabilities with industrial needs, making AI a new type of infrastructure that drives business efficiency and industrial value creation.
