In computing power center construction, the two parties will adopt an integrated DBO model (Design-Build-Operate) to capture the full lifecycle value of computing power centers. FundeAI will leverage its advantages in funding and supply chain to provide project financing and core computing hardware; iSoftStone, drawing on its deep industry expertise, will take full responsibility for top-level planning, delivery, and long-term O&M. Through this powerful combination, the two parties will build stable, efficient, and cost-effective computing hubs.
In digital business, the two parties will achieve seamless end-to-end project lifecycle integration. For digital transformation projects led by either party, they will fully integrate hardware procurement, system integration, software development, and technology implementation to deliver end-to-end digitalization capabilities, jointly creating industry transformation benchmarks.
In ecosystem and scenario collaboration, the two parties will establish a regular joint promotion mechanism to deliver “computing power foundation + scenario intelligence” full-stack solutions to key industries. Leveraging core scenarios such as intelligent space parks and local factories, and through complementary resources and shared channels, they will continuously expand market boundaries and deliver more competitive service experiences.
Looking ahead, iSoftStone and FundeAI will move forward side by side, using computing power as the engine and capital as the wing to continuously expand the service boundaries of digital infrastructure, jointly painting a new picture of prosperous development in the digital economy.
